Dubai Properties is a subsidiary of the Dubai Holding Group, which is owned by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Established in 2002, the Dubai Properties group was incorporated as a subsidiary in 2005. Khalid Al Malik is the current CEO and Managing Director of Dubai Properties.

Their biggest project to date is Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). This development is the world's largest single-phase residential project. Other Dubai Properties projects that cover a grand scale include those in Business Bay, Dubailand, and Jaddaf Waterfront. These developments include residential and commercial units.

Villanova is one of the most exclusive Dubai properties projects available off plan projects. This sub-community is located in Dubailand’s southeast. Villanova’s La Qunita and La Rosa are also available off plan from Dubai Properties group. In Downtown Dubai, Bellevue Towers can be purchased off plan, as can residential units in the residential district of Remraam.
